Own Your Now, Be Curious, Why Not Me?
For decades, Bay Path University has held an annual Women's Leadership Conference to celebrate and support women in business and the world. IdeaCo. worked with Bay Path on the WLC events for 5 years, developing new and engaging themes each year.
Each year a new theme, including title, brand, and experience, was ideated, imagined, and realized. The branded themes arose from and celebrated the messaging of the featured speakers, finding a common theme to celebrate the diverse representation in each event. Our team worked with leadership to develop name for the theme and a comprehensive brand campaign each year from logo, brand style, and event programs to digital campaigns and on-stage motion graphics. The goal each year was to develop a comprehensive brand experience across every touchpoint from initial promotional advertising to an immersive on-side experience.
The Bay Path WLC draws approximately 2000 attendees annually, raising over $4.5M in fundraising in ticket sales alone during our engagement. Sponsorship campaigns were developed by IdeaCo. in collaboration with the event leadership.
